Naturally the apartment is also fitted with hot/cold air condition which also can be used for heating. The efficient, high capacity aircondition system from Daikin works together with a heatpump to lower the energy usage. The walls are constructed in perforated concrete blocks, covered with plasterboards for optimal soundproofing. All walls and ceilings are painted white, unless else specified. The floors are covered with limestone tiles, except in the bathroom with spa, where the tiles are made from marble. Every bedroom have built in wardrobe, and the 4 bedroom apartment have a walk-in closet. The built in wardrobes and walk-in closet are all built after clients specifications. The wardrobe doors are either finished in glass, mirror, or white mdf. Kitchens are from the italian kitchen maker Valcucine, who produces high-end kitchens. All Valcucine kitchens can be customised by clients specification. All electrical appliances in the kitchen is from world famous Gaggenau.
